The NSW Freedom of Information Act came into effect on 1 July 1989. Under Section 14 of the Act, the Police Force is required to publish annually a `Statement Of Affairs’. The Force’s most recent `Statement Of Affairs’ was published in June 1995. Requests under the Freedom of Information Act for access to Force’s documents are dealt with by the Freedom of Information Unit. Requests should be made on the appropriate form which is available from Police Headquarters and police stations. Requests must be accompanied by the appropriate fee and provide adequate information to identify the document being sought. The Freedom of Information Unit does not provide over the counter services & applications cannot be lodged at a Police Station.

    • Pieter,
This website is not directly affiliated with any of Australia’s Police Forces.

I would assume that you will need to submit a GIPA ( old Freedom of Information) application to the relevant Police Force for the information you seek.

    • Hi Tim,

this website is not directly affiliated with NSWPF – therefore you would have to attend your local Station, or speak with the Police who attended that job, in order to possibly obtaining a copy of that Event.

      regards
