Loved husband of Shirley, very proud father and father-in-law of Jamie and Kristeen, Adam and Debbie.
Adored poppy of Zachariah, Noah and Solomon.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Lee and Greg Medway and Diann and Kerry Creighton.
RIDING THOSE HIGHWAYS AGAIN
Relatives and friends of Roy are advised that his funeral will be held at All Saints’ Anglican Cathedral, Church Street, Bathurst on THURSDAY, 29th OCTOBER, 2015 commencing at 10.00am.

Following the service the cortege will leave for the Maranatha Lawn Cemetery, Bathurst.

Dear Shirley and family, I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Roy, he was a part of my life in 1969 when we were a part of Class 120, I have very fond memories of Roy during that period of my life. I am so sorry for your loss, he will always be remembered by all of us..

Dear Shirley and Family.
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband and family. Roy was one of the first fellows I meet in our Initial Training Course, No 120. I then worked Roy with over many years at Taree. I have some fond memories of Roy. Rest in Peace.

I am so sorry to hear of the premature passing of Roy. Although we never caught up after passing out at Redfern in September, 1969, I vividly remember Roy as larger than life character.

To Roy’s family, please accept my condolences and may time heal his passing.
