POLICE IN GOLF COMP.

Forty-five members and visitors of Burwood Police Golf Club last week competed in the Annual Presidents’ Cup golf day at Fox Hills Golf Club. Winners of the members’ and visitors’ events each received 22 carat gold coffee set.

Next golf day will be held at Concord on Thursday, July 20, – commencing at 8 a.m. All members and visitors are welcome to attend.

Results of the President’s Day are:— . POLICE — 1st, Det.-Sgt. 3/c Angus Walker, of Penrith, with a net 55; 2nd, Constable 1/c Walter Laycock, of Newtown with a net 61;  3rd,: Det.
